How many data centers do you have?
We currently have seven full-service data centers and two DRaaS only data centers. These are Tier 2 data centers with fully redundant subsystems (cooling, power, and network) linked with compartmentalized security zones controlled by biometric access control methods.
What are your certifications?
Converge possesses SSAE18 SOC2 Type II certifications for all their data centers.
Where are your data centers located?
We currently have infrastructure in Arizona, California, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Nevada, North Carolina, Mississippi, and Oregon.
How do you provide support?
We have certified, experienced, expert staff available 24/7.
What kind of hardware do you use?
IBM scale-out Power systems, Enterprise Power systems, IBM Cloud-purposed enterprise storage (v7000 – Flash), and virtual tape solutions.
What about redundancy, availability, and reliability?
All systems and storage are IBM certified in our fully-redundant data centers. We have redundant networks, systems, and storage within the data centers and a failover at alternative data centers so we can failover in accordance with the required RTO and RPO.
How scalable is your infrastructure?
We can scale performance and capacity based on customer requirements.
